Pricing Errors
In the event a products price is listed incorrectly due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Pahl's Collection shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Pahl's Collection will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect purchase.

Pahl's Collection Order Cancellation
In the event you cancel your order, Pahl's Collection shall charge a 25% order cancellation charge. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Pahl's Collection will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge less 25%.

Pahl's Collection Privacy Policy
When you place an order with Pahl's Collection , we ask for your name, your billing address, the address for shipment of the order, your credit card number and expiration date and your email address. We consider this information private. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, for statistical purposes to improve our site and services to you, to administer our site, and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. In the event you do not wish to receive promotional email from Pahl's Collection , please follow "remove" instructions in all Pahl's Collection e-mails, or you may send us an e-mail to webmaster and list your e-mail address as the subject.

Payment Methods
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. When your order is placed your card is charged. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Pahl's Collection. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon placement of your order.

Delivery
Orders are normally shipped via SpeeDee, UPS, FedEx or common carrier as is most appropriate for the order. In stock items will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days of accepting the order and 1 to 6 weeks on non-stock items depending on the delivery from the manufacturer.

Security Information
Pahl's Collection takes web site security very seriously. We have implemented the highest form of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for our users. However, our users must have an SSL-compliant browser such as Netscape Navigator, Netscape Communicator or Microsoft Internet Explorer. This will allow you to conduct end-to-end encrypted transactions without fear of anyone obtaining your credit card information. Sales Taxes
Pahl's Collection shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Minnesota, Wisconsin, and South Dakota. Each customer shall be responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Manufacturer's Warranty
All returns and replacements occurring after 30 days from the invoice date must be made directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.
